Planned Giving

Planned Giving

You can help secure the future of Shalhevet by making a planned gift. When properly designated in advance, your gift to Shalhevet can continue for many years to come.

Making a deferred gift is a thoughtful way to support Shalhevet’s future and allows donors to take advantage of some unique tax opportunities. You can make a planned gift through an endowment gift, estate planning, establishing or updating charitable trusts or a number of other instruments.

The Institutional Advancement Office will work with you to develop a long-term gift plan and to explain the many different options currently available.

Jim Joseph Endowment Fund
Shalhevet is very excited to be a participant in the Jim Joseph High School Affordability Initiative, which provides tuition assistance grants to qualifying Shalhevet Students. Become part of this exciting effort by making a gift to our Jim Joseph Endowment Fund.

Charitable Bequests
You can help ensure the future success of Shalhevet by naming Shalhevet in your will. The gift may be a portion of the estate’s assets, or a fixed amount.

Gifts of Real Estate
You can donate real estate and/or property to Shalhevet for the purposes of usage, rental or sale.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities
Support Shalhevet by donating stocks, mutual funds and/or bonds to Shalhevet.
